Once an order is submitted, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a unique order ID (EU/UK/US12345). This confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your payment has been processed.
To check the status of your order, simply login to your Polaroid online account and view your order history.
If your order says "Unfulfilled" that means that it is still in processing and has not shipped out yet.
If your order says "Fulfilled" that means that your order has shipped out.
Orders placed Friday afternoon through the weekend will ship next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email notification letting you know that your order is on its way. This email also contains a tracking number which will allow you to track your package all the way, from the moment it leaves our warehouse, right up to your doorstep.
