Be sure to include your order ID (EU/UK/US12345), the address you originally provided, and the updated, correct address in your message.
Don't forget to check your address details in your account for your next order!
Note: If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address. You will need to contact the mail carrier to see if an address change is possible. Sometimes, changes are not possible once a package is in transit.
