If you’re there willing to place an order or to check your reward details and for some reasons you’re not able to log-in into your Polaroid account.
The reasons can be:
- That's not the email you used to log-in. Check if you choose the correct one.
- Once you create an account in one of our shops, it’s not automatically valid in all the remaining ones. Check if you’re in Polaroid US shop if you live in US or Canada, UK shop if you live in UK, EU shop if you’re from the rest of the world.
- You forgot the password. Try then the Forgot your password? process in our website account section.
- The password reset process does not work, it could be the account has not been finalised. In that case, please get in touch with our customer support.
