Original Polaroid integral film and the current Polaroid integral film are identical in their size and dimensions. Well, actually, current Polaroid film is a little thicker, but that's another story.
Polaroid SX-70, 600 and i-Type film measures exactly 3.108 × 3.024 inches (photo area) and 4.233 x 3.483 inches (total area). That's 7.894 x 7.6801 cm (photo area) and 10.752 x 8.847 cm (total area). Polaroid Round Frame has the same total area but a photo area with a diameter of 3.024 inches or 7.68096 cm.
Polaroid Go film is the tiniest Polaroid film format and it measures exactly 2.623 x 2.122 in (66.6 mm x 53.9 mm) while the image area is 1.851 x 1.811 in (47 mm x 46 mm).
