What is the Darkslide tracker?
The Darkslide tracker helps you collect eligible Darkslides from selected Polaroid film packs. Once a Darkslide is recognized, it will be added to your collection in the app.
You will need to be signed in to your Polaroid account to save your collection progress and become eligible for rewards.
How do I scan a Darkslide?
- Open the Polaroid app.
- Tap Scan.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to scan your Darkslide.
- Once recognized, it will be saved to your collection. An internet connection is required to save it.
Tips for successful scanning
For the best scanning experience, try the tips below :
- Place the Darkslide on a flat surface.
- Scan in a well-lit area with even lighting.
- Make sure the entire Darkslide is visible within the camera frame.
- Hold your phone steady while scanning.
- Keep the Darkslide clean.
- Avoid strong reflections, glare, or direct sunlight.
- Use a plain, contrasting background when possible.
- Clean your phone camera lens before scanning.
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the Polaroid app.
- Make sure to have internet active and are logged into your account
Where can I see my collection?
Once a dark slide is recognized, it will be added to your collection.
You can view your scanned dark slides, track your collection progress, and monitor your reward status in the Darkslide tracker section of your Polaroid account.
Please note that the Darkslide tracker opens in your web browser. If you're not already signed in to your Polaroid account, you may be asked to log in before viewing your collection and reward progress.
Do I need a Polaroid account?
Yes. You must be signed into your Polaroid account to collect and track Darkslides and receive any . If you are not signed in, the app will prompt you to log in or create an account.

From September 28, 2026 to January 31, 2027: buy a 5 packs of eligible films and receive 1 free pack of film. The rewards only applied when purchased a pack of 5 not 5 single packs, make sure to select the right bundle
- Buy a 5 packs of i-Type film and receive 1 free pack of i-Type film.
- Buy a 5 packs of 600 film and receive 1 free pack of 600 film
- Buy a 5 packs of Go film and receive 1 free pack of Go film.
- If your basket contains both i-Type and 600 film /Go film, 1 free i-Type film will be automatically added
Reward terms
- The reward is valid only on qualifying film purchases.
- The reward cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes.
- The reward cannot be combined with any other offers.

Can I use my reward together with another discount or code?
No. Darkslide tracker rewards cannot be combined with promotional discount codes, sale discounts, the 10% first-order discount, or other offers.
If you're eligible for both a Dark Slide tracker reward and the 10% first-order discount, our system will automatically apply only one offer to your order. To ensure you receive the best available value, the system will apply the offer that provides the greater benefit to you.
Are all Darkslides scannable?
No. Only eligible Darkslides that are part of a supported Pokémon collection can be scanned and added to your collection.
Can I delete a scanned Darkslide?
At this time, scanned Darkslides can't be manually removed from your collection.
Will my collection transfer if I change phones?
Your collection is linked to your Polaroid account. Sign in to the same account on your new device to access your collection.
What happens if I do not receive my reward email?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still have not received your reward email or If you have any questions or any issues, contact Customer Support and include the email address associated with your Polaroid account so we can assist you more quickly.
