But please remember that once an order has been placed, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to change anything. Part of ensuring quick delivery is that once we receive an order, we start working very quickly to get it sent out, so we have a very short window of time to make any changes to an order. If you send us a request to change or cancel your order outside of our normal business hours, when our customer service agents are offline, we likely will be unable to change or cancel the order.
