You’re on polaroid.com to place your first order, and the 10% off does not seem to work. Read here how to fix it!
If you’re placing your first order on Polaroid.com, first: thank you for supporting us! If you’re reading this article, it may be things didn’t go as expected.
In case you’ve already reviewed your order (prior to complete the payment) and the 10% off does not show at the check-out, check the following details:
- Log-in: make sure you’re logged-in with your Polaroid account. Do you not have a Polaroid account? Create one (or log-in, if you already one one) here. The discount code only applies for the first order, and it’s only for Polaroid members who have an account.
- Place your order: check that you have the desired items in your cart. The 10% off is shown automatically at the check-out. Consider that the 10% off is valid only for 1 month from the creation of your account. Place your order within that time frame!
- Check what you ordered: the 10% off is a discount like the others we offer; we only allow one discount code per order. If, for example, you only ordered accessories as a member, they already have 30% off. If you applied a coupon code, the 10% off won’t appear as you cannot apply more than one discount code per order.
If you check all the 3 steps and all seems good but the 10% off is not showing up, please contact our customer support here, sharing a screenshot of your order’s checkout and the link of the page. Our agent will help you out as soon as possible.
