A double exposure happens when you take two shots on the same photo. Do you want to know more about this technique? Read this article!
One of the creative features you have available both on Now and Now + is the Double Exposure or the mode which allow you to shoot two images on a single Polaroid photo.
You have 3 ways to take a double exposure with Now+:
- If you want, you can do it directly with the camera: simply press the self-timer button twice to enable double exposure mode. The display will flash ‘1’ until the first shot is taken, then flash ‘2’ until the second shot is taken. After that, a picture will be ejected.
- You can do it as well from the double exposure feature in the app: of course, you need first to download the Polaroid app (if you don’t have the app yet, read here). Once you’ve done that, open the app, select the Now+ section and switch on the camera. Select double exposure from the app features: the camera display will flash ‘1’ until the first shot is taken (remember to always use the shutter button from the app in this case) then flash ‘2’ until the second shot is taken. After that, a picture will be ejected.
- A third way to take double exposure is using the manual mode (in this case it’s up to you to choose how many exposures you can have on your photo): select manual mode on the app with the camera switched on. First, select the manual ejection mode then adjust the rest of the settings. Take 2 (or more exposures, as you prefer), then at the end press the icon eject now.
